2007: Cross - Earned First-Team All-WAC honors...finished sixth at the WAC Championships with a 23:53.63...won the individual title at the Northwest Nazarene Hampton Inn and Suites Classic...named WAC Men’s Cross Country Athlete of the Week for the week of Sept. 10...earned a second place finish at the Santa Clara Invitational (24:51) and a third place finish at the Bob Firman Classic (25:34.16)...led Boise State in scoring in six of seven races.

2006-07: Cross - Posted a second place finish at the season-opening Nevada Chase Race...finished 11th at the WAC Championships...finished 12th at the NNU Invitational...also competed at the Sundodger Invitational, the Willamette Invitational, the Pre-National Invitational, and the NCAA West Regional Championships...Indoor - Finished second at the WAC Championships in the mile (4:13.98)...won the mile at the Bronco Indoor (4:19.60)...won the 3,000m at the United Heritage Classic (8:42.54) and the Boise State Invitational (8:57.09)...recorded a season-best 4:16.75 in the mile at the Boise State Invitational...Outdoor - Finished fifth in the 1,500m at the WAC Championships with a 3:55.91...won the 800m at the Boise State Twilight Classic with a season-best 1:53.28...won flight two of the 1,500m at the Oregon Twilight Classic with a season-best 3:55.91...member of the academic all-WAC outdoor track & field team.

2005-06: Cross - Earned second-team All-WAC honors...finished 11th at the conference championships with an 8,000m time of 26:00.55...finished in the top 15 in four of eight races...best finish came at the Eagle Island Invitational (third)...finished seventh at the NNU Invitational and 13th at the Utah State Invitational...top 8,000m time was 25:29.60 at the Willamette Invitational...top 10,000m time came at the Chili Pepper Invitational (32:22.9)...named to the All-WAC Academic team...Indoor – Finished third in the mile at the WAC Championships with a season best time of 4:13.64...also finished eighth at the conference meet in the 800m (2:01.74)...best 800m time was 1:55.48...Outdoor – Posted a fourth place finish at the WAC Outdoor Championships in the 1,500m (3:55.26)...1,500m time at the conference meet was a season best...top 800m time was 1:55.7...named to the academic All-WAC team.

2004-05: Cross - Was a member of the Bronco cross country team...Indoor – Had the team’s second-fastest times in both the 800m and mile...best 800m time was 1:54.93 and best mile time was 4:24.06...Outdoor – Posted the team’s top 1,500m time of 3:57.24 at the Oregon Invitational...top 800m time was 1:54.79 and top 5,000m time was 16:07.56...finished seventh at the WAC Outdoor Championships in the 1,500m with a time of 4:01.41.

High School - Captured the State title in the 800m his sophomore, junior and senior seasons...also a member of the three-time State champion medley relay team...seventh State championship came in the 1,600m...named team’s top male track and field athlete three times...named cross country Most Valuable Player his senior season...was also the school’s valedictorian with a 4.0 grade-point average...high school coach was Brad Abbott.
