2005-06: Cross - Competed in all eight Bronco events...had four top 20 finishes...highest finish came at the Eagle Island Invitational...finished fourth with an 8,000m time of 26:14...finished 13th at the Northwest Nazarene Invitational, 16th at the Utah State Invitational and 20th at the WAC Championships...top 8,000m time was 25:33.80 at the Willamette Invitational...top 10,000m time was 32:02.0 at the Chile Pepper Invitational...named All-WAC Academic team....Indoor – Finished fifth at the WAC Indoor Championships in the 3,000m with a time of 8:50.56...also finished 10th at the conference meet in the 5,000m with a time of 16:29.12...top 3,000m time came at the Holiday Inn Invitational (8:48.64)...top mile time came at the Hampton Inn Invitational (4:20.04)...also competed in the 800m (2:02.82)...Outdoor – Finished sixth in both the 3,000m steeplechase (9:33.13) and the high jump (5-11.25/1.81m) at the WAC Outdoor Championships...also finished seventh in the 10,000m with a time of 35:24.45...top 3,000m steeplechase time was 9:24.93...best 1,500m time was 3:59.47...named to the academic All-WAC team.

2004-05: Cross - Helped Broncos to a fourth place team finish at the WAC Championships...finished 26th individually with an 8,000m time of 27:17.19...Broncos’ second-best finisher at the Sundodger Invitational, Bob Firman Invitational and the Chile Pepper Invitational...Indoor – Hampered by injuries, was still able to compete in two indoor events...3,000m time of 9:42.29 and mile time of 4:37.62 were season bests...Outdoor – Redshirted for the Broncos’ outdoor season.

2003-04: Cross - Was a member of the Bronco cross country team...Indoor – Had the team’s second-fastest time in the 800m (1:58.17)...posted a personal season-best mile run time of 4:41.27...anchored the Broncos’ distance medley relay team that finished fifth at the WAC Championships, earning four points and helping to lead Boise State to the WAC Indoor Team Championship...Outdoor – Posted the Broncos’ top times in the 800m (1:54.72) and in the 3,000m steeplechase (9:50.43)...his top 1,500m time was 4:14.60...placed seventh at the WAC Outdoor Championships in the 3,000m steeplechase.

High School: Four-year letterman in both track and field and cross country...won the State championship in the high jump his senior season...twice finished runner-up in the 800m...captured the individual title in the 800m at the Outback Meet of Champions and the Southern Idaho Conference Championships...named to the cross country all-state team both his junior and senior seasons...member of the Honor Roll and selected as one of Idaho’s top scholars...high school coaches were Stan Norland and Gary Ward...named a National Science Foundation Scholar while at Boise State... son of Bronco assistant track and field coach Amy Christoffersen.
