2007 WAC Women’s Runner of the Year 2007 WAC Champion - Cross Country
2008: Cross Country – Runner-up at WAC Championships... earned first-team All-WAC honors with her second-place overall finish in 18:25.80 in the 5k event... recorded a total of four top-ten finishes this season... finished third at the Roger Curran Invite, seventh at the Bob Firman and eighth at the Willamette Invite... best time on a 5k course came at the Santa Clara Bronco Invite (17:57)... also competed at the NCAA West Regional Championships where she finished 94th in the field of 206.
2007-08: Indoor – Ran the 3000m at one meet for the Broncos (Jackson’s Open) where she finished fifth with a time of 10:35.37...Outdoor – Competed in the 800m, 1500m, 3000m and 5000m during the season...finished third in the 1500m at the WAC Championships with a time of 4:39.11...top 1500m finish of the season came at the Bronco Twilight (second-place) where she ran a season best 4:35.92...top 3000m finish came at NNU Open (second) where she ran a 10:43.24...placed third at the Robinson Classic in the 5000m (18:27.09)...fastest 800m time of the season came at the Sun Angel meet where she finished in 2:16.83.
2007: Cross - WAC Women’s Runner of the Year...won the WAC Championship by nine seconds over her nearest competitor (17:01.32)...won the individual title at the Northwest Nazarene Hampton Inn and Suites Classic...finished second at the Bob Firman Invite, third at the Charles Bowles Classic and fourth at the West Coast Preview...named WAC Women’s Cross Country Athlete of the Week for the week of Sept. 10.
2006-07: Cross - Recorded her first career individual victory at the NNU Invitational...4000m time of 14:40.80 was more than four seconds faster than her nearest competitor... finished eighth at the WAC Championships with a 5000m time of 18:10.20...finished 14th at the Willamette Invitational...posted a 6000m time of 22:02.9 to finish 21st at the Pre-National Invitational...also competed at the Sundodger Invitational and the NCAA West Regional Championships...Indoor – Finished second in the mile at the WAC Championships with a time of 4:58.28...posted a third place finish in the 3000m at the WAC Championships with a 10:10.83...won the mile at the Boise State Invitational with a season-best 4:58.18...Outdoor – Won the 1500m at the WAC Championships with an NCAA regional qualifying mark of 4:27.16...finished second in the 5000m at the WAC Championships (17:32.16)...won the 1500m at the Boise State Twilight Meet (4:31.50) and the Boise State-Idaho State Dual (4:32.28)...third all-time in Boise State history in the 1500m with a time of 4:27.16.
2005-06: Cross - Recorded her best 6000m time at the NCAA West Regional Championships (22:04.3)...earned second-team All-WAC honors...finished 14th at the conference championships with a 5000m time of 18:25.88...posted four top 30 finishes in the regular season...finished fourth at the Eagle Island Invitational, seventh at the NNU Invitational, 18th at the Utah State Invitational, and 30th at the Sundodger Invitational...Indoor – Finished seventh at the WAC Indoor Championships in the mile with a season best time of 5:04.56...also finished 11th at the conference meet with a 3000m time of 10:33.71...top 3000m time was 10:17.01...top 800m time was 2:20.20...Outdoor – Posted top three finishes in three different events...finished second in the 1500m at the YMCA Invitational with a season best time of 4:42.69...finished third at the YMCA Invitational in the 800m with a time of 2:17.89...also finished third in the 5000m with a season best mark of 17:59.61 at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational...finished 10th at the conference championships in both the 1500m and the 5000m...also competed in the 3000m at the Pepsi Team Invitational (10:28.08).
High School - Won nine individual 5A State championships...as a freshman won the 1600m and the 3200m...won the 1600m and the State cross country title as a sophomore...as a junior won the 800m, 1600m and the 3200m...won the 800m and 1600m as a senior...finished runner-up at the State cross country meet both her junior and senior seasons...also finished in second place in the 3200m as a sophomore...cross country coach was Justin Taylor...track coach was Kelly Reed.
