Q: If you could visit anywhere in the world, where would you go and why? A: I’ve always wanted to go to Ireland. My family is Irish and my grandparents have been there a few times. I’d love to go with my grandma when I graduate.
Q: Who has been the biggest influence in your life and why? A: My parents because they’ve always supported me even if they sometimes disagree with my decisions. I value my dad’s opinions about sports because he’s been through what I’m going through now.
Q: Something that many people don’t know about you is? A: I’m very independent and stubborn, but I am also a big goofball, very loyal and up for anything.
Q: What is your favorite sport besides soccer? A: Track and I enjoy watching hockey.
Q: When you were growing up, what brought/drew you to soccer? A: I think I tried every sport when I was little but I had the most fun with soccer. When I got older the other sports started to drop off and soccer was the last one standing.
Q: Your hero in life is? A: People who stand up for what they believe in.
Q: Your favorite TV show is? A: Gray’s Anatomy and One Tree Hill.
Q: When you were little you wanted to be? A: A chef and a veterinarian.
Q: Your motto is? A: You always have to try something once.
Q: One word that best describes you? A: Dorky.
Q: Your autobiography would be titled? A: Malia who?
Q: What made you decide to come to Boise State? A: It’s my hometown and I’ve always had a lot of pride for Boise and the Broncos.
Q: What has surprised you most about college and why? A: I’m surprised about how fast it’s going. I never thought it would be over so quick.
Q: What’s your favorite class and why? A: My favorite classes are my education classes. They’re always so much fun and the people in the classes are amazing.
Q: Since coming to Boise State, you’ve learned? A: There is always something fun going on, you just have to be willing to try new things.
Q: Your favorite thing about the city of Boise is? A: Community; Boise puts on a lot of events and it’s amazing to see how much support there is around here.
Q: What do you like best about the coaching staff in general? A: They coaches know how to have a good time and joke around with us. It’s not always serious.
Q: What do you like best about the team in general? A: I feel that we are all one unit on and off the field. You never feel like you’re the freshman or the senior. Everyone gets along well.
Q: What two schools do you see as Boise State’s main rivals? A: Hawaii and Fresno State.
Q: Which teammate would win “America’s Most Talented,” and why? A: Kaylea, she’s a good singer and dancer.
Q: Which teammate would win “America’s Next Top Model,” and why? A: Andrea because she knows a lot about hair and make-up and would know what to do if thrown in that situation.
Q: Which teammate would win “Survivor,” and why? A: Jayne. She’s very outdoorsy.
