Honors - Four-time All-Metro Team, first team last three years ... honorable mention all-state as sophomore and first-team all-state as senior ... team honors include three-time team MVP and offensive MVP as freshman. Other Highlights - Team advance to final senior year after going 15-1-2 overall and 8-1-1 in league ... also lettered in track. Q: If you could visit anywhere in the world, where would you go and why? A: I would go to a Spanish speaking country so that I could become fluent in Spanish.
Q: Who has been the biggest influence in your life and why? A: My parents have had the biggest influence on me because they set a really good example and have a really good balance between being friends and also being authoritative.
Q: Something that many people don’t know about you is? A: I have the biggest sweet tooth... oh wait that’s pretty well known... Q: What is your favorite sport besides soccer? A: I love love love basketball, I love playing and watching.
Q: When you were growing up, what brought/drew you to soccer? A: My older siblings played soccer, so I got tired of watching them and wanted to do it myself.
Q: Your hero in life is? A: Stacey London.
Q: Your favorite movie is? A: There are so many to choose from.... I would have to say Dirty Dancing. Q: Your favorite TV show is? A: Sex and the City.
Q: When you were little you wanted to be? A: A professional kickball player, haha...
Q: One word that best describes you? A: Down-to-Earth.
Q: Your autobiography would be titled? A: Maureen Fitzgerald’s Autobiography.
Q: If you could spend one day in history it would be with what historical figure and why? A: Jesus Christ, I feel like he would answer a lot of questions.
Q: What made you decide to come to Boise State? A: I wanted to play soccer at the next level and the style of play and school felt right.
Q: What has surprised you most about college and why? A: How hard you get rocked going in for tackles!
Q: Since coming to Boise State, you’ve learned? A: You have to make the most out of any situation.
Q: Your favorite thing about Boise is? A: Still deciding.
Q: What do you like best about the coaching staff in general? A: I like that they don’t BS with you, and even though Steve yells, its generally constructive and it makes you a better player.
Q: What do you like best about the team in general? A: Everyone is really down to earth and friendly.
Q: What two schools do you see as Boise State’s main rivals? A: For the soccer team, Fresno State and Utah State, because they finished ahead of Boise last year in the WAC.
