Freshman (2008-09): Made her mark by setting three records in her first year in the 100 and 200 breast as well as the 200 IM at the WAC Championships…also helped set new school records in the 200 and 400 medley relays as well as the 800 free relay at the WAC Championships…finished sixth in the 200 IM and 100 breast as well as seventh in the 200 breast at the WAC Championships…took a first place finish in the 100 breast against San Jose State…made her Bronco debut with a second place finish in the 100 breast against Utah and Washington…earned another first place finish in the 100 breast over Hawaii…took a pair of first place finishes against Idaho in both breaststroke events as well as second in the 200 IM…also took first and second place in the 100 and 200 breast, respectively, against Oregon State. High School/Club: Swam for coach Adam Bledsoe at Stockdale High School ... outside of the high school season she competed for the Bakersfield Swim Club under coach Keith Moore … three-year valley champion in the 100 breast … holds both the area and school record in the 100 breast and 100 fly … served as the captain of her swim team at Stockdale her senior season.
