2018 NCAA Indoor Track and Field All-American- Distance Medley Relay 2018 All-Mountain West Indoor Track and Field- 800m
2017-18: CROSS COUNTRY- Raced in two meets on the season . . . Ran 17:56.65 for 5k at the Greater Louisville Classic (Sept. 30) . . . Was the No. 3 Bronco in the “B” race of the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational, running 22:00.6 for 6k (Oct.13). . . INDOOR- Earned All-American honors by running the 800m leg on Boise State’s fifth-place distance medley relay – the first distance medley to qualify for a national championship in school history – in a school record 10:58.93 (March 9-10) . . . Took third in the 800m at the Mountain West Championship in a personal record of 2:08.90. Also ran a leg on Boise State’s 4x400 relay (Feb. 22-24) . . . Ran a personal best in 2:09.65 in the 800m race on her way to winning the event at the 2018 Boise State Challenge. Also ran the second leg on the Boise State 4x400m team that placed 4th (Feb. 10) . . . Ran the 800m leg of Boise State’s runner-up distance medley relay that set a new school record of 11:15.67 at the UW Invitational. Also set a new personal best of 4:56.18 in the mile the following day (Jan. 26-27) . . . Won the mile at the Bronco Invitational (Jan. 20), finishing just off her personal best in 2:11.27 . . . Ran the 800m leg of the Boise State ‘Orange’ DMR at the Ed Jacoby Invitational (Jan. 12-13) . . . Opened the season with a runner-up finish in the 800m at the Jacksons Open (Dec. 9)
2016-17: CROSS COUNTRY - First action as a Bronco came at the Sagebrush Invitational, finishing the 5K course in 18:39.55 for 22nd place…also competed at the Roy Griak Invitational (23:43.8) and took 130th…fared well at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational “B” Race, running a 22:16.7 to take 37th place…was 35th at the Mountain West Championships, running her fastest 6k time of the year (21:43.3) in the process…took 157th at the NCAA West Regional, running a 22:19.4...INDOOR – Made an immediate impact on the Bronco middle distance squad, taking sixth in the 800m at the indoor conference championships with a career-best 2:10.70…also ran a leg on the DMR team (11:19.39) that won the conference title for the second-straight season…helped the 4x400m relay team score a point as well with a 3:51.00…ran a 5:06.99 in the season-opener (Jacksons Open) to take first place in the mile…was fourth a month later at the Ed Jacoby Invitational in the mile, crossing the finish line in 5:11.63…third at the Bronco Invitational in the 800m, courtesy of a 2:12.47…career-best 4:56.42 in the mile came at the UW Invitational…claimed the 800m crown at the Boise State Challenge…OUTDOOR – Qualified for the final in both the 800m (2:11.67) and 1,500m (4:35.20) at the outdoor conference championships, accentuated by an eighth-place day in the 800m…helped the 4x400m relay team win at the Border Clash while also taking first in the 800m with an outdoor season-best 2:10.71…won the NNU Invitational 800m title thanks to a 2:12.11…went 2:11.54 at the Sun Angel Classic and 4:28.80 in the 1,500m to kick off the year at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival.
COLLEGE OF IDAHO Amy Pfaff comes to Boise State after two years at the College of Idaho. The junior earned All-CCC and NAIA All-America honors after a stellar sophomore cross country season. She was the top non-Division I finisher at the Montana Invitational and took 26th at the NAIA National Championships. On the track she was equally as impressive, earning four NAIA All-America honors and winning a pair of Cascade Collegiate Conference titles. She set a school record in the 1,000m at the NAIA National Championships, clocking a 2:54.69 for third place.HIGH SCHOOL: Was a top-20 finisher at the XC state meet in Washington. Did well on the track as well, enjoying top-6 finishes in the 400 meters (57.5) and 800 meters (2:16). Also swam for Hanford High School, graduating in 2014.
