2017-18: INDOOR- Primarily competed in the weight throw, eclipsing 52-feet for the first time in his career . . . Took 12th in the weight throw at the Mountain West Championships (Feb. 22-24) . . . Placed fourth in the weight throw at the Boise State Challenge. Also appeared in the shot-put event (Feb. 10) . . . Continued his impressive stretch of the season at the Jacksons Nike Boise Indoor Invite, setting a new personal best in the weight throw of 52-10.25 (16.11m), his first time eclipsing 52-feet, to take fourth. Came back the following day to finish seventh in the shot put (Feb. 2-3) . . . Eclipsed 51-feet in the weight throw for the first time at the Bronco Invitational (Jan. 20), tossing 51-10.5 (15.81m) to take fifth . . . Took 15th at the UW Invitational in the weight throw, tossing 50-5.5 (15.38m) . . . Threw 47-9.25 in the weight throw at the Ed Jacoby Invitational (Jan. 12-13) to finish eighth . . . Competed in the shot put and weight throw at the Jacksons Open (Dec. 9), throwing 42-11 (13.08m) and 47-5.25 (14.46m), respectively.

– Was the Broncos’ top thrower in both the shot and weight throw…just shy of scoring at the conference championships in the shot put, taking 11th place thanks to an indoor season best of 46-10.25 (14.28m)…began the year at the Jacksons Open and took fourth in the weight throw with a 45-9.25 (13.95m)…10th at the Ed Jacoby Invitational in the weight throw (46-11.5 / 14.31m)…took 12th in both the shot put and the weight throw at the Bronco Invitational…recorded a pair of top-10 finishes in the shot put (4th – 46-4 / 14.12m) and weight throw (9th – 48-10.25 / 14.89m) at the Jacksons/NB Indoor Invitational…fourth in the weight throw at the Boise State Challenge thanks to a career-best 50-2.5 (15.30m)...OUTDOOR – Scored in both the discus and the hammer at the Mountain West Outdoor Track and Field Championships…was seventh in the hammer with a career-best 164-10 (50.24m) and eighth in the discus (161-6 / 49.24m)...also took 10th in the shot put at the conference championships, recording a 48-2 (14.68m)…kicked off outdoors with a 148-3 (45.19m) in the discus at the Stanford Invitational…logged a massive improvement in the discus a day later at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival with a 160-9 (49.00m) to win the event…10th in the hammer (151-4 / 46.13m) and runner up in the disc (161-2 / 49.12m)…recorded his PR in the discus at the Mt. SAC Relay, throwing a for 164-0 (49.98m) to take 10th…first in both the shot put (48-3.25 / 14.71m) and discus (163-7 / 49.86m) at the Border Clash.

2015-16: INDOOR –
Took part in six meets in his freshman indoor campaign, competed in the weight throw and the shot put…opened at the Jacksons Open, tossed a 43-5.25 (13.24m) in the weight throw…best finish in the weight throw came at the Ed Jacoby Invite, recording a 44-9.5 (13.65m)…took part in the weight throw at the Bronco Invite, posted a 39-0.5 (11.90m)…competed in the shot put at the Jacksons/New Balance Invitational, recorded a 36-9.75 (11.22m)…had second-best throw of the year in the weight throw at the Boise State Challenge (47-0.25 / 14.33m), also PR’d in the shot put with a mark of 41-7.75 (12.69m)…participated in the MW Indoor Track and Field Championships, took 14th in the shot put (40-7.75 / 12.39m) and 13th in the weight throw (47-7.75 / 14.52m)...OUTDOOR – Competed in the discus and hammer throw in his first outdoor season…began the year at the Sun Angel Classic and recorded his season-best marks in the hammer throw with a 149-5 (45.54m) and also in the discus thanks to a 158-2 (48.21m)…took eighth in the discus at the Oregon Relays after hurling a mark of 150-7 (45.89m)…was 13th (148-3 /45.18m) in the discus and 14th (145-0 / 44.21m) in the hammer throw at the Border Clash…picked up valuable experience at the conference championships, faring best in the discus (153-3 / 46.71m) for 11th place.

won state titles at the Idaho Track and Field State Championships in the discus in 2014 (168-8) and then in the shot put in 2015 (49-3.5)...placed second in the discus in 2015 after picking up eight victories in the event over the course of his senior season...recorded a career-best 182-2 in the discus while competing for Grangeville, which is the school and North Idaho Regional meet record...was the silver medalist at the 2014 USA Youth Outdoor Track and Field National Championships after throwing a 173-4 in the discus...also played football all four years while at Grangeville, earning second-team all-conference honors his senior year...member of the honor roll.
