2017-18: CROSS COUNTRY-Had his best race of the season at the Mountain West Championships, earning Second-Team All-MW honors thanks to a 14th-place finish in 24:29.7 for 8k as the No. 4 scorer for Boise State (Oct. 27) . . . Boise State’s No. 5 scorer at the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational (Oct. 13) . . . Opened the season with a 46th-place finish at the Greater Louisville Classic (Sept. 30) . . . Also appeared at the West Region Championship, running 31:04.8 for 10k (Nov. 10) . . .INDOOR- Finished in 19th at the Mountain West Championships in the 3000m (Feb. 22-24) . . . Ran a nine second personal best of 8:05.67 in the 3,000m at the Husky Classic (Feb. 9-10) . . . 2016-17: CROSS COUNTRY - Progressively improved throughout the season and was the Broncos’ crucial No. 5 scorer at the NCAA West Regional Championships (67th – 31:04.9), securing the team’s berth in the NCAA National Championships…took 212th at nationals, running a 31:50 on the 10K course…performed well at the Mountain West Championships, took 23rd (24:48.7 – 8K)…kicked off the season at the Sagebrush Invitational and took 19th (21:41.89)…was solid at the Roy Griak Invitational, crossing the line in 26:05.2 for 57th place…earned a top-10 finish in the Nuttycombe Wisconsin Invitational “B” Race after crossing the line in ninth (25:15.3)...INDOOR –Compete in three meets over the course of the indoor season…opened the season with a 8:28.25 in the 3k at the UW Invitational…clocked a season-best 3,000m time of 8:26.51…took 10th in the 5k (15:21.75) at the conference championships, also competed in the 3k (8:59.50)…OUTDOOR –PR’d at the Bryan Clay Invite in the 5,000m, crossing the line in 14:31.14…sixth at the Border Clash in the 1,500m (4:04.08)…ran in the 5,000m (15:44.70) and 10,000m (34:51.48) at the MW Outdoor Track and Field Championships…opened the outdoor portion of the season at the San Francisco State Distance Carnival (5k – 15:29.52).
2015-16: CROSS COUNTRY - Competed in three meets over the course of the season…took 35th at the Mountain West Championships, recording a 27:14.4…opened the season at the Utah Open, taking second with a 19:26.0 (6k)…also participated in the Utah State Invitational, placed third with a 20:00.0 (7k)...INDOOR–Kicked things off at the Ed Jacoby Invitational, competed on the DMR team (10:37.15) that took third and placed 12th in the mile (4:22.94)…took part in the 4x400m at the Bronco Invite, helped the relay team to a 3:47.79…ran an 8:19.99 at the UW Invitational, took 28th…recorded a 14:44.92 at the Husky Classic…concluded the indoor season by taking 20th (8:41.62) in the 3,000m at the MW Indoor Championships...OUTDOOR - Specialized in primarily the 5,000-meter run in the outdoor season…enjoyed a personal-best 5,000m time at the Stanford Twilight, clocking a 14:34.93 to take 19th at the Stanford Twilight…also partook in the San Francisco State Distance Carnival (15:01.14)…best finish of the year came in the 1,500m at the Border Clash, taking 12th thanks to a 4:02.78…concluded the year at the conference championships, running a 15:15.36 in the 5K.

HIGH SCHOOL CAREER Placed 17th in the WIAA 4A Cross Country State Championships his junior year at Tahoma High School...capped off a successful junior campaign with a 20th-place finish at the 2013 Nike Cross Country Northwest Regionals...career-best 15:28.09 in the 5k at the Washington State cross country championships, good for eighth place...Recorded career-best performances in the 1,600m (4:19) and the 3,200m (9:30) at the WCD 4A Meet...wrapped up a solid senior year and took 15th at the WIAA 4A Track and Field State Championships in the 3,200m...named the 2013 cross country team MVP and earned All-State honors in 2013...intends to major in exercise science.
