BOISE STATE'S HOME COURSES

BanBury Golf Course
Designed by John Harbottle III, BanBury meanders around the south channel of the Boise River, successfully uniting golf with native habitat. BanBury has been consistently rated as a top-10 golf course in Idaho by Golf Digest over the past eight years.

"We love to play at BanBury because it is definitely a championship golf course. The fairways are wide, but there is water on almost every hole, so you still have to be accurate. The greens are large with lots of undulation and break, so it can be challenging to hit it on the correct tier to score. It's always in terrific shape!"

The Club at Spurwing
Spurwing opened in 1996, designed by Myron Tucker. Pristine course conditions attract the best players in the Boise area, including current PGA and Web.com Tour professionals. One of the best courses in Idaho, the views of the mountains and wildlife keep golfers coming back.

"SpurWing provides a lot of different types of practicing and playing opportunities. The course is great, and we love the Challenge Course (par-3 executive), too! We can hit a variety of shots and the greens are very tricky. We use it to play fun team games because there are so many different ways to set it up!"

Falcon Crest Golf Club
Falcon Crest features 27 holes of championship golf and a nine-hole executive course. A golf oasis, the Falcon Crest Championship Course blends natural terrain with sand, water and stone. With majestic views overlooking the Treasure Valley and surrounding mountains, it's easy to see why it was ranked among Golfweek's "Best Courses You Can Play" in 2007.

"This is by far my favorite practice facility because there are so many options! We love how big the range is, with so many targets, and it is always off of grass instead of mats so we can get an accurate depiction of how we are hitting. The putting green is the largest I've ever seen and we can also use it for chipping. The courses are great too - they have the Championship Course, the Freedom 9 and the Robin Hood Executive, which is great for short game practice. We really love going out there!"
