Boise State vs San Jose State Game 2 Highlights

San Jose State scored six runs in the sixth inning on its way to an 11-5 win against Boise State, evening the conference series. Tara Glover had three hits and Lindsey Nicholson added two more plus a spectacular defensive play.

Tara Glover was named the Mountain West Player of the Week for the week of April 7-13, the conference announced Tuesday. Glover ignited the Boise State offense in a series sweep of Nevada with four hits, four stolen bases and three runs scored. It is her first weekly honor of the year and fourth of her career.


Highlights from game one versus Nevada

Boise State scored 10 times in the first three innings en route to a 10-2 win in five innings against Nevada, May 9, to open the series. Makenna Weir's bases-loaded double in the third broke the game open.


Highlights from game two versus CSU

Boise State scored five times in the third inning to defeat Colorado State 5-2 April 27, at Dona Larsen Park. Lela Work and Kenzie Cole limited the Rams to three hits for the game. Jordan Kreiger was 2-for-2 with a homer and 2 RBI.


Highlights from game one versus CSU

Boise State hosted Colorado State April 26, in the first game of an important Mountain West series. The game went to extra innings without either team scoring and the Broncos came out on top 3-2, with an unearned run in the ninth. Rebecca Patton struck out 10 in eight innings of work.
