Broncos Enjoy Big Results at Sectionals

Up next for six Broncos is the U.S. Open

Junior (2012-13): Set lifetime bests in five events at 2013 Mountain West Championships...set personal marks in 50 free, 100 free, 200 free, 100 fly and 200 IM...previous bests in 100 free, 200 free and 200 IM were set during prep career...moved into top-10 performers list in 100 free and 200 free...scored in 100 free at Denver (Jan. 25).

Sophomore (2011-12): Set career best in the 50 free at 2012 Mountain West Championships... set season bests in 100 and 200 free and 100 fly at the conference meet ...scored a fourth-place finish in the 200 free against Idaho (Oct. 8)...took fifth in 100 back at Seattle (Nov. 19) in first-career attempt at race...also placed fifth in the 100 free against the Redhawks...Academic All-MW.

Freshman (2010-11): Set career bests in the 100 fly and 50 free at 2011 WAC Championships...qualified for the 'C' Finals of the 50 and 100 freestyle events at the conference championships...scored in two events during dual-meet competition...placed fourth in the 200 individual medley against Seattle (Jan. 15)...took fourth against Seattle in the 50 free (Jan. 14).

High School: Four-year letterwinner under head coach Jim Whytlaw at Glendale High School...Earned All-American honors as a junior and senior...as a freshman placed eighth in the 100 free, and helped Glendale to fourth-place finishes in the 200 and 400 medley relats at Missouri State Championships...as a sophomore finished runner-up in the 200 free and 200 medley relay, finished third in 100 free and 400 free relay...as a junior anchored state-champion 200 medley relay team and finished in the top five in the 200 free (third), 100 free (fifth) and 400 medley relay (second)...finished runner-up in three events (100 free, 200 free relay and 400 free relay) and third in the 200 free as a senior...member of the National Honors Society for two years.
