BOISE STATE TENURE
Brindl Langley joined the program in the summer of 2022 as the director of operations. She was promoted to assistant coach one year later, in July 2023.Â
Langley brought a wealth of experience to the position as both a collegiate player, coach, and support staff. The former beach volleyball student-athlete at Florida Southern College and Boise State spent 2022-23 as the program’s director of operations and served as an interim assistant coach during spring 2023.

In her new role with the Broncos, she continues her duties as the operations director but will also add coaching and recruiting responsibilities.

PRIOR TO BOISE STATE
Prior to her return to Boise State, Langley served three years as an assistant volleyball coach at Trinity University, an NCAA DIII program in San Antonio, Texas, where she helped coach the program to two 30-plus win seasons in 2019 and 2021. Both squads won the conference and NCAA DIII Regional championships. The Tigers reached the national semifinals in 2019 and the quarterfinals in 2021.Â
While at Trinity, Langley coached three AVCA DIII All-Americans, one honorable-mention All-American, and five all-region honorees. In addition, she helped mentor a two-time Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Player of the Year, two SCAC Tournament MVPs, six SCAC All-Tournament Team members and 14 all-conference honorees.

After completing her playing eligibility at Boise State in the spring of 2018, Langley spent the fall semester as an intern for the Broncos’ beach volleyball team while completing her master’s degree.

PERSONAL
Langley earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida Southern in human movement and performance in 2017. The cum laude graduate received many academic honors, including selection for the President’s and Dean’s Lists, and was a Buckner Scholarship recipient. She also qualified for the SSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll in 2013, 2015, and 2016 and received the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA) Academic Achievement Award in 2016. Additionally, Langley was a member of Phi Epsilon Kappa Honors Fraternity for exercise science.She went on to receive a Master of kinesiology degree (in behavioral studies) from Boise State in the fall of 2018.
