A-Z FAN GUIDE
Welcome to Albertsons Stadium, home of the Boise State Broncos. The stadium is located at the corner of South Broadway Avenue and West University Drive.
ADA PARKING
Accessible parking is available on a first come, first served basis at Albertsons Stadium on football game days.
Locations
East and West Stadium Lots, Engineering and Technology “ET” Reserved Lot, west side ground floor of Lincoln Avenue Garage and Brady Street Garage.
Lots open eight (8) hours before kickoff for weekend games and four (4) hours before kickoff for weekday games.
Shuttle Service
A free, wheelchair-accessible shuttle is available from the Lincoln Avenue Garage and Brady Street Garage beginning two (2) hours prior to kickoff, running nonstop until one (1) hour after the game.
Golf Cart Service
A complimentary golf cart service is available between Albertsons Stadium and the Grant Lots. The shuttle will run pregame and postgame, picking up limited mobility patrons plus one companion rider. The shuttle will run two (2) hours prior to kickoff through the first quarter and will run from the fourth quarter through the end of the game.
Pregame: The golf cart service will pick up from the Grant Lot area and take limited mobility patrons to the stadium.
Postgame: The golf cart service will pick up from the front of the Varsity Center and take limited mobility patrons to the East Stadium, West Stadium, and Grant parking lots.
Accessible Parking Requirements
Vehicles parking in accessible parking locations must display a state issued accessible license plate or placard and the placard/license plate registrant must be an occupant in the vehicle in order to purchase game day accessible parking.
There are no in and out privileges; vacated accessible spaces will be resold to other patrons requesting accessible parking.
Stadium Drop Off
Stadium drop off is allowed on Bronco Lane/Bronco Circle (west side of stadium) at all times. Due to police requests for increased security in the area, no drop offs are allowed except for vehicles dropping off or picking up persons with disabilities.

ADA SEATING
Boise State recognizes the needs of persons with disabilities, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990, and continues to make every effort to accommodate individuals with both ADA and State of Idaho accessibility mandates. In addition, Boise State strives to accommodate the individual needs of guests with disabilities and has adopted the following ticket policies.
Boise State maintains accessible seating for all venues. Accessible seating is limited at Albertsons Stadium. Those needing to make accessible seating may purchase tickets online, by phone or by visiting the Boise State Athletic Ticket Office. Accessible seating requests are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. . The Boise State Athletic Ticket Office is located on the west side of Albertsons Stadium. The Ticket Office does not have free parking for customers. Visitors during business hours are subject to Boise State parking policies and will find parking payment information around parking lots.
ALCOHOL POLICY
No outside alcohol is permitted inside Albertsons Stadium. Guests found with alcohol from outside the facility will immediately be removed from the premises. Alcohol purchased in Stueckle Sky Center must stay in Stueckle Sky Center. Any alcohol purchased within Albertsons Stadium must stay inside Albertsons Stadium and cannot go into Stueckle Sky Center. No alcohol is allowed to leave the facility. Guests attempting to leave with alcohol will have the alcohol confiscated immediately. Alcohol sales will end at the conclusion of the third quarter.
ANIMALS (Pets, Service Animals, Emotional Support Animals)
Animals or pets of any kind are prohibited with the exception of service dogs. Trained guide dogs or service animals assisting guests are welcome inside Albertsons Stadium. All service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. Emotional support animals are not permitted.
AUTOGRAPHS
Players often sign autographs after the games when time and NCAA regulations permit. However, because routines vary, we cannot guarantee autograph opportunities.
BABY CHANGING STATIONS
Changing stations are located in all bathrooms on the main concourse level of the stadium.
BAG CHECK/CLAIM
Bag checks are located in four different locations outside of Albertsons Stadium. Inside Caven-Williams Sports Complex, Entry two (2), and Entry three (3). Patrons will be issued a ticket and will leave their bag with security staff while they are in the stadium. Upon exiting the stadium, patrons will use that ticket to claim the item they checked prior to entry into Albertsons Stadium. All unclaimed items will go to the lost and found located in the ticket office and be available to claim on the next business day.
BEVERAGES/FOOD
No outside food or drink is allowed inside any of our athletic facilities.
BICYCLE PARKING
Bicycle stands are located at various locations across campus and near Albertsons Stadium. Visit Campus Bike Map to find the nearest bicycle rack. Guests leave bikes at their own risk. An unattended Bike Corral will be located at the white church at the corner of Cesar Chavez and Broadway.
BRONCO ALLEY
Bronco Alley is located on the east side of the stadium close to Entry two (2). Bronco Alley will feature food trucks, extra beverage stands, and additional restrooms. Bronco Alley will open when gates open, two (2) hours prior to kickoff, and remains open through the end of the game.
BUS (Shuttle Services)
Game day shuttles are available from several downtown locations as well as various locations around the Boise State University campus. Information about the Downtown Boise Shuttle Service can be found by visiting downtownboise.org or by calling (208) 472-5251. CAMERAS AND VIDEO RECORDERS
No professional audio and/or video equipment is permitted in Albertsons Stadium without a dedicated media pass.
CASH, CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS & ATMs
To increase efficiency with concessions sales and enhance customer experience, Albertsons Stadium will only accept credit/debit cards, phone payment apps, and prepaid debit cards. All ATMs have been removed. Reverse ATMs have been added to convert cash to prepaid debit cards at no cost to patrons. CELLULAR PHONES
Guests are welcome to use cellphones in the stadium provided their use does not disturb other guests.
CHILDREN
Children under the age of two (2) do not need a ticket to enter Albertsons Stadium for regular season events, but must sit on the lap of a ticketed patron. All patrons two (2) years and older need a ticket to enter Albertsons Stadium.
A child who has become separated from his or her party should proceed to our Guest Services / Security location on the main west concourse level.
CLEAR BAG POLICY
Guests will be able to carry the following style and size bag into the venue:
- Clear bags that are plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 12” x 6”
- Wallet or small purse that does not exceed 6.5” x 4.5”
- An exception will be made for diaper and medical bags.

ALBERTSONS STADIUM CONCEPT 3D MAP

CONTAINERS AND COOLERS
No containers or coolers are allowed inside of Albertsons Stadium.
DRONES
Drones or Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) are strictly prohibited in or around Albertsons Stadium on game day due to the potential for hazardous overflight and security threat concerns. Additionally, the FAA restricts the use of drones or RCMA within three (3) miles around 3,000 feet in altitude above the stadium starting 30 minutes prior to kickoff (Temporary Flight Restriction is in effect) Boise State University has a campus policy precluding the overflight of campus anytime without prior approval through The Department of Public Safety.
ELEVATORS
Guests needing any assistance to any upper-level seating may utilize the options below.
Public Elevators: Entry 2 and Entry 3.
Guests with disabilities and/or mobility challenges are given priority to public elevators.
Stueckle Sky Center Ticketed Guests may use the North and South Stueckle elevators located at Entry 3 and Entry 4.
EMERGENCIES/EVACUATIONS
Albertsons Stadium works with Boise State Department of Public Safety, Boise Fire Department, Boise Police Department, and other agencies in the development of specific Emergency Procedures Plans. It is our goal to provide a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all of our guests. Trained Guest Services and Security personnel will ensure the security and safety of all guests, players, performers, and employees at Albertsons Stadium. In case of emergency, guests must comply with the requests from stadium staff regarding stadium operations and emergency response procedures. If you see an emergency situation please contact the nearest stadium staff member or text your location and situation to (208) 427-3227.
FAN BEHAVIOR GUIDELINES
Boise State University will enforce a zero tolerance policy on alcohol abuse, inappropriate behavior and underage drinking. Drinking games, excessive drinking, disorderly conduct and uncivil behavior towards others - including fans of opposing teams - are not acceptable. Any patron, fan, ticket holder or parking permit holder will be held equally responsible for conduct prohibited by our Tailgating 101 rules. Game tickets and parking privileges may be revoked at the discretion of the University and its security and game day safety personnel and excluded from the facility.
FIELD ACCESS
Field access is only permitted to those with proper credentials or wristbands provided by someone in the Boise State Athletics Department.
FIRST AID
Medical personnel are located throughout Albertsons Stadium. A first aid station is available on the upper west side of the stadium across from the west side concession stands behind section 109 and section 110. There is also a medical tent station located at Entry two (2), within Bronco Alley.
GATE ENTRY
Entry into Albertsons Stadium varies by event. For Boise State football games, all gates, including Stueckle Sky Center and regular admission gates, will open two (2) hours prior to kickoff.
GUEST FEEDBACK
We value our guests’ opinions on subjects and issues related to attendance at our venues. Guests may express their opinions through surveys sent by the event promoters or by emailing guest services (stadium@boisestate.edu). GUEST SERVICES CENTER & HOTLINE
Guests needing assistance are encouraged to speak with one of our guest service team members. The guest service/security center is located on the West side of the stadium in the south end of the outer concourse. Guests may also text their location and concern to (208) 427-3227.

LOST AND FOUND
During the event, lost and found items will be stored in the Guest Services office on the west concourse near section six (6). After the event, high valued lost items will move to truck bay on the west side of the stadium for post game pickup.
Any lost items from the concert will be available for pickup at the Albertsons Stadium ticket office during the next business day (Monday).
MERCHANDISE
The Blue and Orange store is the provider for all official Boise State gear. The Blue and Orange store has various locations and hours for football game day as well as general hours outside of stadium events. MOBILE TICKET SCANNING
Boise State is a digital ticket first venue. Fans may use the Boise State Broncos Athletics app and their Boise State Ticket Account Manager to fully access tickets via a smartphone. Please access and download your tickets prior to arriving at Albertsons Stadium. Digital tickets add a new layer of security, guarding against the production of fraudulent and duplicate tickets.

NOISE MAKERS
Noise Makers are prohibited inside of Albertsons Stadium.
PARKING
Game day parking is located in various areas of the campus at Boise State University. For reserved parking around Albertsons Stadium, please see the Bronco Athletic Association at BroncoAthleticAssociation.com for further details including locations and pricing.
For parking elsewhere on campus as well as for parking available for purchase the day of the game, please purchase through the Event Parking team on site. Parking is $20 a spot and sold on a first come, first served basis. For questions visit the Department of Public Safety online at Boise State Transportation or email eventparking@boisestate.edu.
Game day parking is available off campus at the St. Luke’s Plaza lot located off of Morrison Knudsen Plaza Drive for $10 per space.
Stadium Drop Off
Stadium drop off is permitted up until two (2) hours prior to kick off. Please note this does not apply to ADA parking. Please see the ADA parking section for information related to ADA parking.
POSTPONED EVENTS
If an event is postponed, information will be posted on our Bronco Sports Website, Boise State Athletics social media, and distributed to various media outlets. Albertsons Stadium makes every effort to notify as many fans as possible, with as much notice as possible. Please hold on to tickets until a decision has been made whether or not the event will be rescheduled or canceled. RADIO BROADCAST
The Bronco Radio Network comprises 10 stations throughout the Northwest, with KBOI 670 AM in Boise serving as the flagship. For a complete list of stations, visit Bronco Radio Network.
RE-ENTRY
Re-entry is not permitted to fans who have entered and exited Albertsons Stadium.
RESTROOMS:
Men’s and Women’s restrooms are located throughout the concourses of Albertsons Stadium. ADA compliant restrooms are marked with signage.
Single-Use/Family Restroom
A single-use/family restroom is located on the upper west concourse across from concessions behind section 9 and section 10.
RV’s/BUSES:
Limited parking is available for RV/Bus parking. RV’s are limited to 25 feet in size. Overnight RV parking is prohibited. For more information on RV/Bus parking please visit the Boise State BAA website or email baa@boisestate.edu.
SOLICITATION
Guests are prohibited from distributing banners, booklets, business cards, circulars, commercial advertising, flyers, folders, handbills, leaflets, notices, pamphlets, posters, stickers or any other written, printed and/or painted material without written permission from stadium management.
STADIUM SEATS (Seatbacks)
Season Long:
Season stadium rentals of chair backs may be purchased through our ticketing department during the season ticket sales process. Please email our ticketing office: ticketoffice@boisestate.edu.
Single-Game Rentals:
Single-game stadium rentals of chair backs are available at Albertsons Stadium. Stadium rentals of chair backs are available at a variety of locations within the various stadium entry plazas. Stadium rentals of chair backs may be purchased the day of the game or purchased online ahead of arrival to Albertsons Stadium.To purchase single-game stadium rentals of chair backs ahead of a single game, please visit broncosports.com/tickets.
STROLLERS
Strollers are not allowed in Albertsons Stadium. They can be checked in at any of our bag check locations.
STUECKLE SKY CENTER (Premium Seating)
Boise State University’s Stueckle Sky Center was opened in August 2008. One of the premier entertainment and sporting venues in the West, the center overlooks the world famous Blue Turf of Albertsons Stadium. Named for university benefactors Duane and Lori Stueckle, the four-level facility includes 48 loge boxes, 832 club seats, 39 sky suites and game/media operations for Boise State home football games. Additionally, the five individual banquet style or meeting room spaces are located throughout the 131,000 square foot facility. Each room brings a unique style and perspective, giving facility users great rental options.
All seating in the Stueckle Sky Center (SSC) is sold based on priority point ranking. Priority selection will be determined by priority ranking. Sales and relocations will be determined one account at a time. Please visit our Bronco Athletic Association website for more information: BAA website.

All Sky Center Patrons must enter through the elevator entrances at Entry three (3) and Entry four (4).
TAILGATING
Information regarding tailgating for athletic events in Albertsons Stadium is listed below.
- Propane and pellet grills/heaters are permissible within the parking lot tailgating areas.
- Individual propane tanks must be smaller than seven (7) gallons.
- Open flames/grills may not be unattended.
- The fire or heating element should be contained within a suitable and appropriate fire burning device and must be moveable in the event of an emergency.
- A Fire Extinguisher on site is recommended when using Propane/Pellet fuel.
- Do not leave trash in the parking lots. Trash containers are located throughout the parking lot for fan use.
- All tailgating must be contained within purchased space dimensions.
- Charcoal grills, wood stoves, oil fryers, and/or other cooking stations are not permitted in tailgating areas.
- Commercial and other solicitation (sales and/or advertising) activities by guests without prior written approval is prohibited.
- Please do not use stakes to secure tents in your tailgate area due to irrigation & electrical.
TICKETING
Lost, Destroyed, or Stolen Tickets
Lost, destroyed, or stolen tickets can be reprinted for no charge. If reprinted, the original ticket will no longer be valid. Only the ticket holder of record may request a reprint. The photo ID of the ticket holder of record is required at the time of the reprinted ticket being issued. The University reserves the right to refuse this service to anyone that is found abusing this policy.
Season and Single-Game Tickets
Tickets for all Boise State University Football, Volleyball, Soccer, Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Gymnastics, and Softball may be purchased through the Ticket Office.

TOBACCO/SMOKING
Boise State is a tobacco free campus. No use of any tobacco products including, but not limited to, chewing tobacco, cigars, cigarettes, pipes, electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, hookah, or other water pipe devices, will not be allowed for use on University property.

WATER FOUNTAINS
Water fountains are located throughout the concourse of Albertsons Stadium.
WEATHER
In the event of severe weather, please adhere to the stadium announcements and proceed to the nearest area of shelter.
WHEELCHAIR ESCORT SERVICE
The main entry for ADA patrons is Entry three (3) on the southwest side of the stadium. ADA access is available at entries into Albertsons Stadium. There are wheelchairs available for use at the entries with runners escorting patrons to their seats before returning to the entry with the wheelchair. At the start of the fourth (4th) quarter, there will be wheelchairs staged at the south (west side and east side) elevators. Please find a member from the Guest Services team for wheelchair escorts. Albertsons Stadium wheelchairs can be used within the immediate stadium parking lot footprint.
WILL CALL
Photo ID is required to pick up at will call. Only the previously identified person may pick up the ticket(s). For football, will call is located on the west side of Albertsons Stadium in the Athletic Ticket Office.
